You will receive an email 1-2 weeks before the collection period.

I am unable to make it to collect my race pack. Can I assign someone to collect on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may authorise someone to collect your race pack. The authorised person must submit the completed softcopy or hardcopy authorisation form on the collection day. BCARE will not release race packs to unauthorised person without the supporting documents.
